Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actor. She is best known for her character Skyler White on the AMC show Breaking Bad for which she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in the Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. She played Jean Ward and Martha Bullock as well in The Practice. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and fell in adore with acting when she was in the Preparatory School. In the late 70's, her family relocated to Ohio. She did theatre studies at Northwestern University, and spent one term at British American Drama Academy. Anna started her acting career working in the Chicago area theatres for a short time. She then moved on to film and television. In 1992, Anna got her first major role in the role of Arden in the 29th episode of Down the Shore. Following her appearance as a Guest on several TV shows and Films, including Seinfeld and NYPD Blue in the 1990's and was later chosen to play Jean Ward as part of The Practice. She was cast as Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons during the 2000s. Skyler was her role as Martha Bullock in Breaking Bad. Sully was one of her roles. Gunn also starred in David Schwimmer directed production Sex With Strangers. The year 2022 saw Gunn played in a 4-part audio-play series called "Numbered Days". Breaking Bad revolves around Walter White's marriage to Skyler. Walter White's life story and the strain on his relationship with Skyler can be seen in the television show.
